We can save money on public liability insurance, professional indemnity insurance, buildings insurance, contents insurance, and all other types of "general" insurance
We can review existing mortgages (personal or business) to ascertain whether we can obtain a better deal for clients
We can review existing commercial loans to ascertain whether we can obtain a better deal for clients
Life insurance rates have decreased dramatically, and, as such, an estimated 1.5 million individuals are currently paying too much for their life insurance. We can examine existing policies to see whether a cheaper/better policy is available.
New, lower charged pension products were introduced in 2001, and in many cases, existing pension plans are now relatively expensive when compared to more modern products. We can transfer "old style" pensions to newer, lower charged contracts usually for no cost to client.
Many investment and endowment policies, particularly those invested in with profits funds, although have performed well in the past are now providing relatively poor returns and require review. We can review existing policies to see if better/lower charge contracts are available.
Of course, we can also provide advice on new investments/mortgages/loans(personal or business)/insurances/pensions
If and when a client was to receive advice they would become a client of IFS and would benefit from having a financial advisor available for meetings/reviews/telephone queries again usually without charge. We are here to provide a service and not just "sell" the clients products then forget about them.
ANY POTENTIAL COSTS WOULD BE DISCLOSED TO CLIENTS PRIOR TO ANY ADVICE BEING ACCEPTED. ANY ADVICE PROVIDED IS WITHOUT OBLIGATION, I.E CLIENTS DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE ADVICE.
